One email reaches us — send corrections, tips, and stale links, and we will check and re-stamp the page.
One email reaches us: support@skybringup.com. We read it ourselves, and during launch weeks we check it daily, because that is exactly when facts move.
What to write to us about
- A fact that has gone stale — a date that slipped, a price that changed, a store link that moved.
- A correction: something on a page that contradicts what you can see in a store listing or an official announcement.
- A launch tip worth checking, with a pointer to where you saw it.
- A question about how we verify, or about the site itself.
What to include
The page address, the sentence that looks wrong, and — if you have one — a link to what you believe is the current truth. That last part matters most: we will not change a fact on the strength of one email alone, but a good pointer usually shortens the check to minutes. If we confirm your report, the fix goes live with a fresh checked date, and the source entry changes with it.
What we cannot help with
We do not make the games, and we are not affiliated with Konami, Sloclap, Kepler Interactive, Saber Interactive, or any other publisher we cover — so we cannot help with purchases, refunds, account problems, or technical issues inside a game. Route those to the store or the publisher you bought from. We also do not sell coverage or placements of any kind; if someone offers you that "from" us, it is not us.
For the shape of the site, see about. For how email and analytics are handled, see the privacy policy. For the current launch week, the home timeline is the front page.
