Privacy policy

Static pages, no accounts, cookie-free analytics — here is exactly what the site does and does not collect.

This page covers what Launch Week Guides collects, what it deliberately does not, and how outbound links and email are handled. Short version: the site is a set of static pages. It runs no accounts, no comments, and no advertising at publication, and its analytics are configured to leave nothing on your device.

Analytics

The site measures aggregate traffic with a self-hosted Plausible instance. Plausible does not set cookies, does not build profiles across sites, and counts page views without collecting personal identifiers. For visitors in the EU/EEA, nothing is stored on your device — no cookies, no local storage — because the measurement does not need it. We see which pages are read and roughly where readers are; we cannot see who you are.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts, so there are no usernames, passwords, or payment details on our side. There are no comment threads and no contact forms. We do not run third-party advertising scripts at publication; if that changes, this page and the affected pages will say so before any such script loads.

Email

If you write to the address on our contact page, we use your message and your address to reply and to verify corrections — nothing else. Please do not include account credentials, payment details, or identity documents; we will never ask for them.

Outbound links

Pages on this site link to the stores and publications we cite. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy governs what happens there — we cannot see or control it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the change lands here with a fresh checked date, the same way facts do. Questions about anything above are welcome via the contact page. See also the terms of use and the about page, or start again from the home page.
