Terms of use

Unofficial coverage, trademarks owned by their holders, no warranty on fast-moving launch facts — the short terms for using this site.

By using Launch Week Guides you agree to the terms below. They are short, because the site is simple: static pages about game launches, with no accounts and no commerce of our own.

Unofficial fan-made coverage

Launch Week Guides is an independent, unofficial publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Konami, Evil Empire, Motion Twin, Sloclap, Kepler Interactive, Saber Interactive, or any other developer, publisher, or platform named on the site. All game titles, character names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification, commentary, and news reporting.

Accuracy and availability

Launch-week facts change fast. We date-stamp every page and cite sources inline, but the content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prices and store availability are set by the storefronts and can change without notice. Where we transcribe material such as in-game codes, we name the origin and say whether we tested it. Nothing on this site is professional purchasing advice.

External links

We link to stores and publications to back up facts. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, or practices. Follow store links at your own judgment, and verify purchases on the store's own pages.

Acceptable use

You may quote and link to this site freely; wholesale republication of its pages is not permitted without permission. Do not use the contact address for spam or unlawful content.

Liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Week Guides is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. These terms may be updated; changes take effect when published here with a fresh checked date. The privacy policy explains data handling, and questions are welcome via the contact page. For what the site is, read about; for what is launching this week, start at the home page.
